Elizabeth Batson has been working with clients since 2006 and has been a licensed marriage and family therapist (Lic. #MFC 51584) since May 2012. She earned her MA in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University in 2009.
Elizabeth is trained as a master facilitator in process or intuitive painting by Chris Zydel.
Previously Elizabeth was a Counseling Intern at the Process Therapy Institute, working with diverse clients; at Parents Helping Parents, counseling parents and siblings of children with special needs; at the Silicon Valley Independent Living Center, working with adults with disabilities or special needs and as a Counseling Trainee at the Adolescent Counseling Services, helping middle school students.
Before becoming a counselor, Elizabeth worked in marketing, business, and technology licensing. During those years, her volunteer jobs included parent educator, classroom aide, and Girl Scout leader.
